22nd March 1976; Opening for the 'Doing Photography' show with teenagers from Blackfriars Settlement. Paul Trevor talking to Claire Schwob, whose show "Women, Who Are We?" we had run the previous month. During Claire Schwob's exibition run the roof over the stairs leaked and three of Claire's prints were ruined. These were replaced but it was not possible to properly fix the roof. This prompted us to find a waterproof solution to making exhibitions and after some trial and error Ed Barber and Mike Goldwater found that lamination offered real potential. Photo by Mike Goldwater
